CLASSES FOR GIRLS AND BOYS. We focus on maintaining smaller class sizes to ensure that each athlete receives the attention they need, helping them reach their goals and enhance their confidence. No matter if you're just starting out or already experienced, we have the ideal class for you.
At BGA, we strive to keep our classes safe, consistent, and fair for every athlete. Because many of our classes are full or have limited space, we are unable to offer makeup classes for missed classes.

MIGHTY MINNOWS: AGES 18 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS
The Mighty Minnows are our littlest members. Their gymnastics class cultivates large motor skills, coordination, cooperation, and joy! Might Minnows are accompanied by their caregiver for the whole class, which supports healthy, secure attachment as they try new things.
Frequency: One class per week

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
SHOOTING STARFISH: AGES 3-4 YEARS OLD
SHINING SHARKS: AGES 5-6 YEARS OLD
Our preschool gymnastics classes enhance development of motor skills, coordination, flexibility and strength. Your child will be introduced to the fundamentals of gymnastics on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and tumble track.
Frequency: One class per week
Duration: 45 minutes
As children advance, they are invited to join our Shining Sharks 2 class. This is coach placement only. This once-per-week class is one hour long.

BEGINNER GYMNASTICS: AGES 7-10 YEARS OLD
INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS: Coach Placement
Our beginner and intermediate gymnastics classes introduce and build upon gymnastics fundamentals on every USAG apparatus. These classes are perfect for anyone open to competitive gymnastics, or just getting their feet wet and experiencing the fun of the sport.
Frequency: One class per week
Duration: 1 hour
As children advance, they are invited to join Intermediate Gymnastics. This is coach placement only. This once-per-week class is one hour long.
TUMBLING
BEGINNER: AGES 7+ YEARS
INTERMEDIATE: Coach Placement
ADVANCED: Coach Placement
HIGH-SCHOOL: AGES 13+ YEARS
Out on our big, blue, spring-loaded floor, our tumbling classes are ideal for cheerleaders or anyone who wants to master the introductory tumbling skills. BGA coaches put safety first, helping each tumbler progress through cartwheels, bridges, kickovers, and necessary skills to set the foundation to learn back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, fulls, etc.
Frequency: One class per week
Duration: 1 hour
As children advance, they are invited to join Intermediate / Advanced Tumbling. This is coach placement only. This once-per-week class is one hour long.

Our Champion Team practices USAG Level 2 skills, giving them a taste of competitive gymnastics without the financial investment, time commitment, or meets that come with it.

Our homeschool gymnastics classes are made for children looking to have fun, learn new skills, and make friends. They will work their skill level on bars, beam, floor and vault. Homeschool Tumbling classes are ideal for those looking to master the introductory tumbling skills. This may also be used as physical education credit!

This dynamic class is for ALL ages that combines elements of partner stunting, group balances, tumbling, and dance. No experience necessary - just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to try new things!
