TODDLER GYMNASTICS
MIGHTY MINNOWS: AGES 18 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS
The Mighty Minnows are our littlest members. Their gymnastics class cultivates large motor skills, coordination, cooperation, and joy! Might Minnows are accompanied by their caregiver for the whole class, which supports healthy, secure attachment as they try new things.
Frequency: One class per week

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
SHOOTING STARFISH: AGES 3-4 YEARS OLD
SHINING SHARKS: AGES 5-6 YEARS OLD

Our preschool gymnastics classes enhance development of motor skills, coordination, flexibility and strength. Your child will be introduced to the fundamentals of gymnastics on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and tumble track.
Frequency: One class per week
Duration: 45 minutes

As children advance, they are invited to join our Shining Sharks 2 class. This is coach placement only. This once-per-week class is one hour long.

Our beginner and intermediate gymnastics classes introduce and build upon gymnastics fundamentals on every USAG apparatus. These classes are perfect for anyone open to competitive gymnastics, or just getting their feet wet and experiencing the fun of the sport.

TUMBLING

Out on our big, blue, spring-loaded floor, our tumbling classes are ideal for cheerleaders or anyone who wants to master the introductory tumbling skills. BGA coaches put safety first, helping each tumbler progress through cartwheels, bridges, kickovers, and necessary skills to set the foundation to learn back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, fulls, etc.

Our homeschool gymnastics classes are made for children looking to have fun, learn new skills, and make friends. They will work their skill level on bars, beam, floor and vault. Homeschool Tumbling classes are ideal for those looking to master the introductory tumbling skills. This may also be used as physical education credit!
