WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY

You may withdraw your child from any class or program by providing written notice to ourmanagement team. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person at ourfacility to be processed correctly. Tuition is non-refundable after the first week of classes unlessthere are extenuating circumstances approved by management. Class cancellations due toinclement weather, facility closures, or other unforeseen events will be made up at our discretionor credited to your account. We require a minimum of twenty-four hours’ notice for cancellation ofprivate lessons to avoid being charged in full for the session. We reserve the right to cancel anyclass or program that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements and will issue a full refundin such cases. We encourage families to commit to the full session to ensure consistent skillprogression for their child.

MAKEUP POLICY

We offer makeup classes for students who miss a regularly scheduled class due to illness or othervalid reasons. Makeup classes must be scheduled within the same session period and are subjectto availability in other classes. You must notify us in advance of your child's absence to be eligible for a makeup class. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes that are not made upwithin the applicable time frame. Makeup classes cannot be guaranteed and are offered on aspace-available basis only. We reserve the right to limit the number of makeup classes per studentper session. Our goal is to provide every child with the opportunity to learn and progressregardless of occasional absences.
